Janet Rathbun

Janet has been a devoted and thoughtful residential realtor in the North Delta region for over 14 years.  As a top-rated real estate professional, Janet brings a genuine and authentic approach to her clients and is well known for her integrity and professionalism.  Her clients appreciate her knowledge and experience to help them make informed decisions and trust she has their best interest at heart.

Janet has lived in North Delta for the past 25 years, and enjoys raising her two sons with her partner Bryan and contributing to the community she proudly calls home.  She loves nature and often makes use the extensive parks and green spaces in her neighbourhood and spending time at her Indian Arm cabin with family and friends. Janet loves giving back to the community and actively supports Deltassist Family and Community Services, the Delta District Parent Advisory Council, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Children’s Miracle Network.

Janet has been a multi-year award winner of the prestigious Medallion Award at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and recipient of the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards at RE/MAX.  Her strong educational background includes law, sales and designations in Luxury Home Marketing and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE)®   Janet enjoys building long lasting relationships and strives to put her clients interests first to ensure they are happy and satisfied home owners.


Jenny Matches

Jenny is a lifetime resident of North Delta and enjoys her connection to the community through real estate. She can put her insider knowledge to work to find a special property in your neighbourhood of choice.

She brings to her real estate career a high quality of customer service and has built her business around satisfied clients. As a Realtor, Jenny believes in working with clients and not customers; she explains the difference by saying “a cusomter is casual but a client is life long”. Her motto is building a community. Over the years, Jenny has taken a unique approach to accomplishing the goal of getting people moving and resettled. The approach has worked and today the bulk of Jenny’s business comes from referrals and repeat clients. I’m a lifetime area resident with roots in the Valley’s growing Punjabi community (fluent in both English and Punjabi). Years of living and raising my family in North Delta puts me in the heart of the area where I sell homes; it’s a place I know intimately and love.

I am a proven team player and leader, active in the community. After several years as a serious soccer competitor and team manager, and currently President of the North Delta Soccer Club, I also coach my sons’ teams. Alison Valcamp – Team Manager

Alison has been an invaluable and committed member of the Advantage Home Team for more than 13 years. In her role as Office Manager, Alison provides customer support, marketing, administration and accounting, ensuring a smooth process for clients buying and selling their home.  She genuinely enjoys helping guide homeowners throughout the real estate process and her superior level of detail prepares clients during the entire transaction. Alison is proud to raise her two daughters with her husband Chris in North Delta.  The Valcamp’s love spending time together with their dog Theo and watching their girls play soccer. Alison actively participates in community events and charitable causes and enjoys lending support to her neighbours.


Jade Garfield – Administrative Support

Jade brings a fresh new approach and mindset to advertising and social media for the Advantage Home Team and their clients along with administrative support.  Over the past two years, Jade has leveraged her digital expertise to build an online community to promote AHT home sales and has been instrumental in supporting many satisfied clients through process of buying and selling their home. Jade enjoys playing soccer at a competitive level and has held positions on the Whitecaps and provincial teams.  She loves living in the North Delta region and maintains a healthy, active lifestyle with her two adorable dogs, Roxy and Mitso. Inspired by her Mom, Jenny Matches, Jade is currently working towards her Real Estate License and hopes to apply her background to enhance the experience of working with home buyers and sellers.
